A certified PROSCI practitioner, Amy is experienced in implementing enterprise-level change initiatives to support: 

 

• Organizational design changes, including M&A, restructures, and business transitions

• Technology implementations (HR Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), in-house built applications)

• People policies and programs (wellness initiatives, hybrid/WFH policies, performance development, engagement programs)

 

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, majoring in Human Resources.

 

Amy has worldwide experience working in Australia, Europe, and Canada. Amy has also lived in South America and speaks fluent Spanish. Through her personal and professional experience, she understands first-hand how change impacts people individually.
